BER ENERGY RATING

From January 1st 2009 a Building Energy Rating known as the BER certificate is Mandatory when building or offering a property for sell or for rent.

DSL Lakeside Properties is working closely with an extremely qualified BER Assessor who can rate New & Existing Dwellings. Our BER Assessor is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of property construction and energy efficiency.

The BER process entails a survey of the property. The property will then be rated on a scale of A – G with A being the most energy efficient. Our Assessor will also recommend any improvements that you could do to further boost your energy rating and if you wish to carry out these alterations he will energy rate you house after the work has been carried out for FREE.
